Albiez changes pace in summer. The lake and its supervised swimming area are 350 metres from the apartment, the riding club is at 300 metres, and hiking and mountain-bike trails start right nearby. The south-west balcony becomes the main room of the place, facing the Aiguilles d'Arves.

Au départ, le logement nous a paru plus petit que prévu, mais à l'usage il s'est avéré très fonctionnel pour 4 personnes adultes ou presque. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Bien situé : nous n'avons pas eu besoin de notre véhicule pendant les 5 jours de notre présence, activités de baignade et de rando à proximité. Restaurant, bar et supérette proposant de bons produits à un prix raisonnable ont permis d'assurer le quotidien sans problème. La résidence est calme et nous n'avons croisé que des gens sympathiques. Alexandre, même à distance, a toujours été prévenant et réactif. Je recommande ce logement d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix dans un environnement aussi paisible qu'agréable.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec ma famille, très agréable et sympa. Le village au top, il y a des activités proposées et un lac en bas du logement très reposant, et on peut se promener. Une bonne communication avec Alexandre, logement au top pour 3 personnes ou plus, propre et bien équipé. Je recommande d'été comme d'hiver aussi 100 %. Merci Alexandre 😊

Appartement confortable, bien agencé et bien équipé. Échanges très faciles et agréables avec Alexandre, toujours très réactif. Nous avons bien profité du balcon avec une vue magnifique sur les Aiguilles d'Arves. Résidence calme, proche des petits commerces de la station et du lac pour la baignade. Randonnées possibles au départ du chalet. Les enfants ont également apprécié les livres et jeux de société disponibles.

Je recommande cet Airbnb, un vrai bijou dans la vallée de la Maurienne avec une vue fantastique sur les Aiguilles d'Arves ! L'appartement est fonctionnel, charmant et à proximité de nombreux lieux de randonnées. Merci pour tout !

Très satisfait de notre séjour d'une semaine à deux dans le logement d'Alexandre. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes et notamment les Aiguilles d'Arves. L'appartement est spacieux pour deux, bien équipé en rangements. La cuisine est très bien équipée.

Un séjour vraiment parfait en famille ! Nous étions 4 dont 2 bébés en bas âge, c'était vraiment super ! La vue est magnifique, la literie est très confortable ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour occuper les enfants. Les quelques marches à monter valent vraiment la peine, rien à redire !! On espère revenir bientôt ☺️

What about the shoulder season?
We also rent outside the busy months, when the resort goes quiet again. It is the right time for hiking, cycling, snowshoeing, or simply enjoying the view without meeting anyone — usually at the best rate of the year. To be straight about it: out of season the lifts are closed, and so are some of the village shops and restaurants, though the grocery stays open. Guests who come for the quiet are rarely disappointed, but it is worth knowing before you book.
Outside the seasons, the apartment is also open to home exchange on HomeExchange, for GuestPoints rather than rent. A good way to discover the Maurienne if you are a member yourself.
